Wow! I’ve literally been around the world in the past few weeks but I’m happy to say that I’m now back home in western Massachusetts for the rest of the year!
It’s cold and cloudy here but with the help of a hot cup of coffee and some much needed rest I’m relishing in how exciting the past few weeks of my life have been. Playing music in Malaysia with my friend, Crystal Bowersox was nothing short of surreal. From the views, food, and cultural diversity of the region to the love, respect, and friendships I was able to share with all the musicians there, Malaysia was so good to me and exactly what I needed at exactly the right time. Read a review of the festival here.
Thanks to all of my friends who packed the house in Denver last Saturday. It was so good to be in beautiful Colorado for a few days of 65 degree weather in December. Oh yeah! I stayed up way too late and had a long existential conversations about the origin of storytelling and how it relates to the neocortex & conspiracy theories of our modern age. Gotta love people that let me be a nerd.
I’m happy that the holidays are upon us and even more excited that I get to celebrate this time with good friends like Joe Nerney. We’ll be hosting an online holiday concert together tonight at 9PM (EST). I hope you tune in and say hello!
